When you use our triage service, we collect the information you provide, including your name, contact details, and details about your situation. This information is necessary to assess your case and connect you with appropriate legal representation.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit in an enquiry to assess your case, prioritise your enquiry, and connect you with suitable criminal defence solicitors. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our service.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and actions such as starting an assessment, successfully sending an enquiry, and clicking our telephone or WhatsApp links. Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect the assessment service.
We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, assessment answers or enquiry references to Google Analytics. Our tracking removes query strings and URL fragments and limits referring addresses to the referring website. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. Google receives technical information needed to provide analytics, including browser/device information and network requests. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits, configured to expire after 180 days. We store your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of each public page. Rejecting after accepting disables Google Analytics and removes its cookies from this site. Previously collected data is not deleted by changing this setting.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics for website usage statistics. This existing service does not use analytics cookies. Our Google Analytics choice controls Google Analytics specifically.
